Refund policy

PDF editions. If a PDF does not open, is not the book described, or you bought the wrong title, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. Because a PDF cannot be returned, we cannot refund a download that has been used as intended, but we will always fix a defective file.

Paperbacks. Paperbacks are sold and shipped by Amazon and are covered by Amazon's return policy.
